Whitening Wednesday Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for this offer, you must attend for tooth whitening appointments on a Wednesday between 13:00 and 17:00. A consultation fee of $25 will apply to new patients, existing patients will not be charged. At this consultation a clinician will assess your suitability for tooth whitening. A healthy mouth is required for successful tooth whitening and oral hygiene and other dental services may be necessary before whitening can commence - these will be at your expense. If you have private health cover, please check with your insurer to see if you are eligible to claim dental benefits for this treatment. Not all patients are suitable candidates for tooth whitening and the dentist will discuss any limitations with you during the consultation.
Free Whitening for Life
Enjoy the benefits of free ongoing whitening boosts by joining our Whitening for Life program
We are happy to offer our FREE Whitening for Life loyalty program to patients who have completed a course of tooth whitening with us and keep up with their regular dental and hygiene appointments at the practice. We will provide you with FREE top-up whitening gel or a FREE in-surgery boost treatment as needed to maintain your bright smile. We will also offer a 50% discount on replacement bleaching trays should they become necessary.
Free Whitening for Life Terms and Conditions
Free Tooth Whitening for Life is a gift from us to you but the program has a number of terms and conditions which must be met to receive this benefit.
Lifetime Maintenance Rules:
- You must maintain minimum continued care as treatment planned and appointed by Gunyah Dental clinicians.
- You must maintain continued hygiene care as prescribed by your clinician.
- You must comply with all Gunyah Dental policies regarding payment and broken appointments.
- A maximum of three whitening solution refills or an in-surgery boost treatment will be rewarded at each re-care appointment.
- Lost or destroyed whitening trays will be replaced at full cost to patient. Worn trays will be replaced with a 50% discount.
Disclaimer: Gunyah Dental, its dental health professionals and staff have the right to refuse offer if deemed necessary based on patient health conditions, misuse, abuse, or any other factor deemed necessary to void offer. If you fail to maintain the appointment schedule as recommended by your clinician you will no longer be eligible for Free Whitening for Life but may rejoin the program for a fee. Minimum gum and teeth health is required to receive professional whitening.
