We offer a comprehensive emergency service for our registered and current patients with phone access to our dentists available until 9.30pm each day. For genuine emergencies we will re-open the practice outside normal working hours and you will be advised of the appropriate call-out fee by the dentist on call. This fee covers the dentist’s call out expense, and if necessary, that of a dental assistant but does not cover the costs of any emergency treatment provided. If you choose to proceed please note that all fees for both the call-out and emergency treatment must be paid for in full at that time. This enables us to provide this additional service to our patients and we appreciate your understanding.
