The Gunyah Guarantee
We are fully committed to providing the highest standard of patient care and do our utmost to ensure that you have the best possible experience when you come to the practice: from the way that you are greeted, the advice you are given and the treatment you receive, through to the after care. In fact, we are so confident in our service that we offer a comprehensive dental guarantee for the following items:
- Direct restorations are guaranteed for 2 years
- CEREC restorations are guaranteed for 5 years
- Laboratory made crowns are guaranteed for 5 years
The Terms and Conditions of the guarantee are as follows:
- You must seek immediate attention as soon as the problem is identified
- The guarantee covers failure of the restoration but does not cover restorations that have been damaged by additional dental treatment, trauma, tooth decay, bone loss or gum disease
- The guarantee does not cover aesthetic failure
- Sports guards must always be worn for sports, checked at each examination and replaced as directed
- Recommended examinations and hygiene recalls must be adhered to and carried out at Gunyah Dental in each year following completion of the treatment. This maintenance programme will include two visits each year for both examination and hygiene unless you are advised otherwise at the time of treatment
- Advice on diet and home oral hygiene care must be followed
- Bite splints must be worn as directed, checked at each examination and replaced as recommended
- Guarantee only applies for re-treatment at Gunyah Dental. No refund or credit will be given for work rendered elsewhere
- Guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost wages or compensation for pain and suffering
- If treatment is not guaranteed or is guaranteed under modified terms, you will be made aware of this at the commencement of treatment
